This style of yoga builds heat, flexibility and strength, while maintaining focus on good alignment and sound structure. Postures may be held for longer periods of time, and will flow together to unite the body to the breath and mind. Classes range from beginner to advanced.
This class focuses on seeing consistent results while burning a high amount of calories and improving cardiovascular endurance in this non-impact class. Whether you're a beginner or avid cyclist this class is for you - it's modified for all levels! Instructor focuses on fun and challenging rides. During our signature sculpt class you will experience a full body workout focusing on utilizing core strength to sculpt and tone all those little muscles that you may have forgotten you have. Don’t be afraid as you don’t need to have any experience with pilates or be in tip-top shape, but we must warn you that you may become addicted with just one session!
Tai Chi is a beautiful flow of standing postures. Create balance, tranquility, breathing, inner strength, self discovery. Tai Chi is a discipline art.
