My name is Angie and I am so excited to now be teaching ZUMBA at Mind & Body Fitness! Since September of 2010 I have lost over 88 lbs. I did it by changing the way I eat with the help of Weight Watchers and by doing strength training and lots of ZUMBA! I fell in love with ZUMBA because it was such a fun, fresh and exciting way to workout that did not actually feel like working out! I love the music and the energy and have a great time just feeling the music and while still getting in a great workout! Please come join me in my class where we will shake, shake, shake it!
